{"id":2065,"date":"2020-03-01T17:13:12","date_gmt":"2020-03-01T17:13:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luisnaon.com\/?p=2065"},"modified":"2025-02-17T14:57:59","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T14:57:59","slug":"ein-lied-2006","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luisnaon.com\/en\/ein-lied-2006\/","title":{"rendered":"Ein Lied (2006)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Decreasing shapes (Formas decrecientes)<\/em><br \/>\nFor soprano, alto saxophone, viola and piano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">About texts by <strong>Rodolfo Quique Fogwill.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commissioned by <strong>Ars Nova<\/strong> ensemble for \u201cLes grands jafoins\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This piece is born from the friendship that tied me up with <\/span><b>Rodolfo Fogwill<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Buenos Aires 1941-2010.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taking into account that his texts seem to almost always be full of music, of the language of music, the one I chose for <strong>Ein Lied<\/strong> is in a way about paternity as a form of eternity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Words are of great importance; my musical interpretation is a variant of that meaning. The soprano has, therefore, an almost theatrical role which oscillates between singing and a kind of recitation and makes the text comprehensible in the vernacular language (the sung text is always the original). The instrument\u2019s sound is an extension of the metamorphosed phonemes. In these moments, mostly those in which the text has to be spoken and understood, the instruments form a sort of sound tapestry. On other occasions they accompanied the unhidden singing voice madrigalism.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>FORMES D\u00c9CROISSANTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ici dans l\u2019irr\u00e9el<br \/>\nle brouillard est seulement un incident \u00e9ternel.<\/p>\n<p>le moi et le sien<br \/>\nson brouillard irr\u00e9el<br \/>\ndans la ville intermittente<br \/>\nsous la longue file de la raison<\/p>\n<p>Raison\u00a0: travail<br \/>\nTrame insistante interminable<br \/>\nMultipli\u00e9e par son faire<br \/>\njusqu\u2019\u00e0 son d\u00e9faire.<\/p>\n<p>Sous-entendu urbain,<br \/>\nmusical.<br \/>\nDes voisines chantent,<br \/>\ns\u2019\u00e9veillent et chantent<br \/>\nNos voisines, nous devons les aimer<br \/>\nelles sont cette patrie caressante.<\/p>\n<p>Patrie insistante dans les voisines et dans les voix.<\/p>\n<p>Patrie sous-entendue<br \/>\nPr\u00e9sence interminable d\u2019une voix par-dessus tout.<\/p>\n<p>Et ici, dans l\u2019irr\u00e9el<br \/>\nde nos formes h\u00e9rit\u00e9es<br \/>\n-brouillard h\u00e9rit\u00e9, ombre patrie-<\/p>\n<p>Une autre ville s\u2019\u00e9tend<br \/>\nsous les formes<br \/>\nde la ville<\/p>\n<p>Formes paternelles, d\u00e9croissantes<br \/>\ndans le seuil de la ville<br \/>\nouverte au rouge id\u00e9al du ciel<br \/>\net dans ce bleu, dans cet air\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0\u2026je crains le sommeil au-dessus des ombres qui<\/em><br \/>\n<em>cessent de me soutenir\u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La voix du p\u00e8re chante<br \/>\net s\u2019obscurcit et chante<br \/>\nparmi ses creux de silence<\/p>\n<p>Forme h\u00e9rit\u00e9, rebords de la raison, l\u00e8vres de la raison.<br \/>\nFormes bris\u00e9es de la raison.<\/p>\n<p>Ombres creusant un bord parmi les choses.<\/p>\n<p>Forme croissante en tombant<br \/>\ncroissante dans le d\u00e9faire.<\/p>\n<p>Voix in\u00e9gale.<br \/>\nLumi\u00e8re qui dans son alternance s\u2019\u00e9teint.<\/p>\n<p>Brouillard incident, \u00e9ternel.<\/p>\n<p>Et ici, dans la chute<br \/>\nparmi les formes h\u00e9rit\u00e9es<br \/>\n-brouillard, ombre insistante-<br \/>\nle corps s\u2019incline et s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve<br \/>\nle corps vers une couleur<br \/>\ninnommable de l\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce bleu, cette insistance p\u00e2le de l\u2019horizon<br \/>\nqui jaunit dans sa chute<br \/>\nen obscurcissant le bord exact du regard.<\/p>\n<p><em>-Qu\u2019est-ce que ce corps\u00a0?
